Photography is always a reduction. An immersive dining experience built from scent, temperature, sound, and material encountered in real time cannot be fully documented. Selected Works is an attempt nonetheless. Commissions anchored to finite coordinates in time and space, documented by those who were present when they existed.

Studying this selection reveals the range of possibilities when gastronomy, sensory architecture, and contemporary art dissolve into a unified, indistinguishable medium. Hyper-specific to their architectural logic, ephemeral by nature, complete only when the last element has been consumed.
Site-Specific Installation Art
Distinctions define the practice. In the Veceto sense, architecture, season, occasion, and material are inseparable. Gastronomy is not the subject. It is the medium through which spatial thinking and material culture find their fullest expression. Adaptation begins by listening with acute sharpness to the silent requirements of each context. Site-reading precedes every commission. Proportions, material register, historical layers, and the quality of light at the hour at which the work will be experienced. Through environmental dramaturgy and architectural precision, a composition emerges belonging only to that particular topography. Sensory depth and multi-sensory execution as a foundation. Fleeting monuments, erected once, are bound entirely to the site that demanded their existence.
Commissioned and experienced once. Ephemeral by nature, answerable only to the site that called them into being. A permanent record of the transient.
